Went out to the boat yesterday to check on things and get some sailing in. We had quite a bit of rain/ice/snow over the last week, but thankfully there wasn’t too much water intrusion into the boat. I’m still dealing with the minor leak in the v-berth which I’ve just about decided I’m going to have to “deal with” as a problem that I cannot resolve. It’s frustrating, but I’ve allowed this problem to delay my reconstruction for far too long.
The wind was kinda light, but I wanted to get some sail time in, so I went out for about an hour. Even with the light wind, I was still able to get moving. I logged 3.7 miles, assisted by my little girl Karma, who was sporting her new lifevest she got for Christmas.
Here’s a little video for your enjoyment.
Siochana,

Karma looks cute in her new vest. I’m ready to go sailing. I love the video.
I’ll let you know next time I’m going out.
Sounds good.
Here’s Michael passing by me on the dock yesterday. Thanks again for stopping by on the way back in and helping me finish the boat.
No prob Trey! Anytime! Thanks for the pic. Still waiting to get one of me under sail.
